Shaun Hutson (born 1958) is a writer of novels including horror novels and dark urban thrillers. A native of Letchworth Garden City in Hertfordshire, England, Hutson now lives and writes in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. He is the author of Slugs, the basis for the film of the same title. He wrote a screenplay for The Figgis Brothers (Jason Figgis & Jonathan Figgis) for their company October Eleven Pictures' upcoming feature film 'Box'. Shooting was set to commence late Spring 2009. The film apparently remains unproduced.
